As a Preferred Client of The Business of Words you are entitled under our Earned Editing program to ask us to work on your papers and essays for free. Yes, it sounds absurd, but so did electricity. Here's what you do.

STEP 1. Contact The Business of Words and try the service. We in turn will try awfully hard to win you as a loyal customer. If you love what we do, you're more than half-way there.

STEP 2. Become a Preferred Client. A Preferred Client of The Business of Words has direct experience with our service and has recommended us to a friend or colleague.

STEP 3. Contact The Business of Words and identify the person to whom you have made a recommendation. We will not contact them!

THAT'S IT! If the person to whom you've made the recommendation contacts us and engages our services, you will receive TEN MINUTES of FREE EDITING for every hour of editing work we perform for that person -- forever!

Earned Editing: FAQ

1. If the person I recommend becomes a client and they in turn recommend someone else, will I earn free editing for that person too?

We wish you could, but no, we're not Amway. Editing is just plain hard work. There's no "profit" to give away. But the person you recommend will earn free editing for everyone they recommend.



2. Does this system mean that, if I recommend someone for, say, an essay and you do six hours of editing for them, you'll do an entire hour of work for me for free?

Astonishing, but true. And your math is to be commended.



3. How will I know that the person I recommend has engaged your service? Or not?

We'll tell you and probably they will too.



4. But how will I know that you're not doing the work in secret?

This is a promotion. If we don't treat you right, you won't recommend us.
